If you are looking after someone or work in health or social care, you are invited to come along to a FREE Information Drop-in Session at the Arun Wellbeing Annexe in the car park behind Bognor Regis Town Hall.
The sessions are open on Thursday 17 November from 10am to 3pm and on Wednesday 21 December at the same time. Sessions will continue to be held in 2012 on the second Monday of the month, same time, same place!
