LandAid is a charity established by the UK property industry which helps disadvantaged young people access the facilities, skills and opportunities to achieve their potential.

Safer Arun Partnership
A funding scheme which aims to tackle anti-social behaviour and promote trust and confidence across Arun has been launched for the first time.

Run by the Safer Arun Partnership, the £25,000 Community Projects Fund gives groups the opportunity to bid for up to £4,000 to fund projects and events to reduce anti-social behaviour, improve neighbourhoods and build a sense of community spirit and wellbeing.

Millennium Now Funding

A £80m fund by Community First has been launched to provide small grants to community groups and local social action projects.

Households across the country can now apply for a government grant of up to £1,250 to help towards the cost of installing renewable heat systems.

Grant Making Trusts for West Sussex

New Home Office funding

As part of the Ending Gang and Youth Violence report the Home Office committed to provide an additional £400,000 per annum for three years to improve services to support children and young people under 18 suffering sexual violence and exploitation, including from gangs.

Organisations are invited to bid for funding to recruit up to 13 new Young People’s Advocates who will provide direct and dedicated support to young people who are victims or at risk of sexual violence and exploitation.

The funding is open to all organisations that have experience of working with:

  • young people, and
  • victims of sexual violence and exploitation, and
  •  street gangs
